Marriage License Information
As of October 1, 2009, you must apply for your marriage license in the town where you are getting married. As of October 1, 2003, the requirement for a premarital blood test is no longer necessary. The application fee is $30.00. The process to obtain a marriage license takes approximately 20 minutes and can be done without making an appointment.
