The following Motions were presented at this meeting:

Motion:  To recommend an added appropriation in the amount of $8,600.00 from the contingency fund to the Registrar of Voters referendum account #1-01-10-1050-8-812.

                Ms. Nelson / Ms. Sorenson-Duray
                        VOTE:  Unanimous

Motion:  To recommend an added appropriation in the amount of $5,000.00 from the contingency fund to the Dog fund account #1-01-15-2175-9-961

                Ms. Sorenson-Duray / Ms. Nelson
                        VOTE:  1-opposed, 5–in favor

Motion:  To recommend to Town Meeting an added appropriation in the amount of $109,272.00 broken down as follows:

$7,000.00 from Account #124
$2,272.00 from Account #125
$78,000.00 from Account #103
$3,000.00 from Account #430
$19,000.00 from Account #620

of which $85,000 would come from the contingency fund, $22,000 from the Special Fund 14 Account #1-14-15-0145-1-100 and $2,272 from a newly established revolving fund on the expense side Account #1-67-10-1025-7-798-1051.

                Ms. Nelson / Ms. Sorenson-Duray

Discussion:  If $85,000 comes out of the contingency fund, that leaves a zero ($0.00) balance with the $28,000 that Linda has advised that she may need.  What happens if something happens and we have no contingency fund dollars.  It was mentioned that Linda is fully aware of the fund and her numbers may be on the high side, it was suggested that we go ahead with what was proposed, since the proposals came from the Board of Selectman.

                Vote:  Unanimous

Meeting adjourned at 10:10 pm.

Respectfully submitted,

Lori P. Holden
