The First Selectman shall be the full-time chief executive and administrative officer of the Town.  The First Selectman shall supervise the administration of the affairs of the Town, consistent with the provisions of the East Windsor Charter, the General Statutes, Town Ordinance, regulations, resolutions and policies.
