REPORTS OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
We still have three (3) apartments vacant, with another one coming up as of June 1st. We have leased Apt. 12 and hope to have #55 leased by the end of the week. The waiting list is still closed and is expected to remain so until at least the summer.
There was a problem last week with leaking roofs on level 3. Gary repaired #84 with tar and #70 with additional flashing as the leak was coming from underneath the shingles.
The 7th grade CCD class from St. Catherine’s church will be delivering plants to the residents on Sunday, April 22nd. A notice was sent out and those who do not want these plants have already notified the office.
Winter (Spring) Clean-up
Our lawn guys were here last week to do the initial clean-up of sand, etc. from the winter. The normal mowing schedule should begin within the next 3 – 4 weeks.
