	The Renter Rebate Program has become an integral part of the Human Services Department. This program provides tax relief for elderly residents age 65 and over and for the totally disabled renters as defined by Social Security Statues. A claimant must also have received no financial aid or subsidy from federal, state or municipal funds other than Social Security Income. The Income Guideline for the 2010 Grant year is as follows: Single- $32,300.00 Married- $39,500.00
