The 5 Corner Cupboard is a local food pantry that is available for needy residents. Donations from various churches, community groups, and individuals provide the supply for the pantry. A voucher must be obtained through this office. For information on the voucher please call 860-623-2430.
The Fuel Bank consists of limited financial assistance available to residents in need of emergency fuel deliveries or preventing utility shut offs.
The Salvation Army Funds is limited financial assistance available for Salvation Army approved expenses such as Camp, clothing, food, fuel, & furniture items.
The Helping Hands Boutique is a church sponsored clothing room where East Windsor residents can receive clothing and small household items it is located at St. John Church 92 Main Street, East Windsor, CT. They are open Thursdays at 10:00am-1:00pm
The Mobile Foodshare located at St. Catherine Church Parking lot, 4 Windsorville Road, Broad Brook. Foodshare distributes food to East Windsor residents every other Friday from 2:00pm-2:30PM. Dates are as follows: 9/28, 10/12, 10/26, 11/9, 11/23, 12/7, and 12/21.
Pauline's Stock Pot Kitchen is located at Wesley United Methodist Church, 55 North Main Street, East Windsor. Meals are served every Friday from 5:00pm to 6:30pm and every third Wednesday of each month from 5:00pm to 6:30pm. Pauline;s Stock Pot Kitchen is having a Thanksgiving meal on Friday November 23, 2012 from 5:00pm-6:30PM

This office continues to see an increase in the use of our East Windsor Food Shelf and 5 Corner Cupboard, Holiday Basket and Toy Giving programs. We are very appreciative of the support from the community through their generous financial donations and gift items.
