Helping victims of child abuse is more than just a desire, it is our lifetime commitment. This commitment began when our founders, two young Hollywood actresses, encountered 11 homeless orphans abroad, and all of their lives were forever changed.
Guidance and support to children and families of children birth to age 3 who have developmental delays or significant medical conditions that can cause delays. Anyone concerned about a child's development may call to make a referral. If someone other than parents calls, the parents are contacted for their permission to proceed further.
