Park Pavilion Reservation Information
East Windsor Park maintains two pavilions which are under the same roof and separated by the kitchen areas and rest rooms. The pavilions are identified as North and South.  The South Pavilion faces the lighted ball field while the North Pavilion faces the unlighted ball field.  Each pavilion has its own kitchen with sink and regrigerator (no stove), an outside triple charcoal grill, a ball field and volleyball court.  The playground swings, shuffleboard court and horseshoe pit are shared.  Groups are encouraged to bring their own sports equipment or may use park equipment (volleyball, horseshoes, shuffleboard) by leaving a refundable $25.00 equipment security deposit with the Gate House attendant on the day of the event.

The non-refundable pavilion rental fee is to be paid at the time the reservation is made to secure same.  Reservations are accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis only.

Each group must have a "leader" (person in charge) who must arrive prior to the body of the group.  No members of the group will be allowed access to the Park until the leader is present.  The park admission fee may be paid by each individual participant as they arrive or as a total group.  If paying for admission fees as a group, the leader will make arrangement for payment with the gate attendant and sign the park admission tally sheet.  Should you choose to use the Park's sports equipment, a refundable security deposit of $25.00 will be required and paid to the gate attendant on the day of the event.              

Each group must clean their area as specified on the Clean-Up Responsibilities form and vacate the Park by 7:00 p.m.

All person are reminded that: no pets allowed in the park, cars must be kept off the grass, no loud music, no alcohol beverages per Town Ordinance and please follow all posted Park rules.  

Directions to East Windsor Park

From Interstate I-84 (Hartford, CT)
ü       Take I-91 North
ü       Leave I-91N at Exit 45 (Warehouse Point)
ü       Turn right onto Route 140 East
ü       Then follow the directions below (After Exiting I-91)

From  the Massachusetts Turnpike and Springfield MA  
ü       Take I-91 South
ü       Leave I-91S at Exit 45 (Warehouse Point)
ü       Turn left onto Route 140 East
ü       Then follow the directions below (After Exiting I-91)

After exiting I-91
ü       Continue on Route 140 East for approximately 4 miles
ü       At the intersection of Route 140 and Route 191 take a right onto Main Street, Broad Brook (the intersection is at the top of a large hill)
ü       Proceed through a blinking light, a traffic light and you will come to a stop sign.
ü       At this point you will be facing St. Catherine Church (fork in the road)
ü       From the stop sign, bear left on Windsorville Road and St. Catherine Church will be on your right and you will pass over railroad tracks
ü       At the next stop sign, turn left onto Reservoir Avenue The park will be approximately one/half mile on the left
