SPECIAL MEETING OF APRIL 23, 2008
MINUTES
First Selectman Denise Menard called meeting to order at 2:02 p.m. Purpose of the meeting was to set a Special Town Meeting date.
Attendance: Denise Menard, First Selectman
Gil Hayes, Deputy First Selectman
Ed Farrell, Selectman
Dale Nelson, Selectman (on speaker phone)
Absent: Mark Simmons (unable to attend)
Motion made by Ed Farrell, seconded by Dale Nelson unanimously passed to authorize the First Selectman to set a Special Town Meeting date if needed to address the petition submitted regarding Reval -phase in.
Motion to adjourn was made by Gil Hayes, seconded by Dale Nelson, and passed at 2:23 p.m.
