The following ordinance was repealed at a Special Town Meeting duly warned and held on July 15, 2008.

77-1
The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting duly warned and held on January 5, 1977 and shall become effective fifteen (15) days after the publication thereof:
ORDINANCE FOR PARKS AND CEMETERIES
I. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or be upon any
public park in the Town of East Windsor between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. except when participating in or attending activities sponsored by the Town of East Windsor or its Park and Recreation Commission, and except for persons crossing park on regularly established walkways.
II It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or be upon any
public park in the Town of East Windsor with vehicles such as snowmobiles, motorbikes, motor-scooters or any motorized sport vehicle, except on designated roads and parking areas.
III It shall be unlawful to enter or be upon any park riding or leading a horse or pony.
IV It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or be upon Town
Cemeteries between the hours of sunset and sunrise except for the day before Memorial Day and Memorial Day, when no person may enter or be upon Town cemeteries between 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m.
V Vehicles such as snowmobiles, motorbikes, motorcycles, motor-
scooters and other motorized sports vehicles shall not enter or be upon any Town Cemetery.
VI Horses and ponies are prohibited from entering Town cemeteries
except by special permission when invited with funeral service that have been approved by the Cemetery Association.
VII (Amendment adopted at January 5, 1977 special town meeting: That
a designated area shall be staked out for snowmobiles to pass through the park, specifically the park on Reservoir Avenue.)
Any person who violates any provision of this ordinance shall be fined $25.00.
