TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting, duly warned and held on February 29, 1984. Said ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days from the publication thereof.
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE DATE FOR THE
ANNUAL BUDGET MEETING FOR THE TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
BE IT ORDAINED:
Section 1. That the Annual Budget Meeting for the Town of East Windsor shall be held on May 15, 1984, and on the third (3rd) Tuesday in May each year thereafter.
Section 2. That item 2b. Of the Resolution dated March 14, 1972 which fixed the date of the Annual Budget Meeting as the 2nd Tuesday of each May is hereby repealed.
