TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting duly warned and held on June 30, 1988. Said ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days from the publication thereof.
AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE ADOPTION OF A SCHEDULE
OF FEES FOR THE PROCESSING OF LAND USE APPLICATIONS
BEFORE THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8-1c of the Connecticut General Statutes, there is hereby established the following schedule of fees for processing various land use applications before the Planning & Zoning Commission:
a. For an application for a special permit or special exception; special development district; site plan approval; subdivision or re-subdivision the minimum initial application fee shall be $125. This shall be paid at the time of submittal of the application to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
b. In addition to the initial application fee, an application processing fee shall be charged for each application to cover the cost of processing including administration and plan review. This fee shall be in accordance with the schedule established in the East Windsor Zoning Regulations section Permit Fees as amended.
