TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting duly warned and held on November 26, 1990. Said ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days from the publication thereof.
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE ENTITLED AN
ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE ADOPTION OF A SCHEDULE OF
FEES FOR THE PROCESSING OF LAND USE APPLICATIONS
BEFORE THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
BE IT ORDAINED, that the Board of Selectmen is hereby empowered and authorized to establish reasonable fees for the processing of applications by the Planning & Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Wetlands Commission, and to amend or change any and all existing fees adopted by Ordinance or Regulation. Such schedules and amended fees shall supercede any specific fees set forth in the General Statutes, existing ordinance, or existing regulations of the agencies in question pursuant to the powers granted to the Town under Section 8-1c of the Connecticut General Statutes.
In all other respects, the Ordinance adopted June 30, 1988 is ratified and confirmed.
