TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting duly warned and held on March 7, 1990. Said ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days from the publication thereof.
AMENDMENT TO AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
A PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION
Pursuant to the ordinance as adopted March 8, 1960 and as amended January 21, 1964, the ordinance is hereby amended as follows:
The last line of Section 3, which reads:
The appointing authority shall designate the member to be chairman of said Commission. is hereby deleted.
