TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting duly warned and held on March 7, 1990. Said ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days from the publication thereof.
ORDINANCE PROHIBITING POSSESSION, CONSUMPTION SALE OR DISTRIBUTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
ON PROPERTY OWNED OR UNDER CONTROL OF THE
TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
BE IT ORDAINED:
It shall be unlawful to possess, consume, sell or distribute alcoholic beverages of any kind on property owned or under control of the Town of East Windsor, without the express written consent of the Board of Selectmen of the Town of East Windsor.
Any person who violates any provision of this ordinance shall be fined not more than $100.00.
