LEGAL NOTICE
The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting, duly warned and held on November 28, 1973 and shall be effective fifteen (15) days from the publication thereof:
ORDINANCE Authorizing The Town Of East Windsor To Join The Capitol
Region Council Of Governments
BE IT ORDAINED: The Town of East Windsor does hereby adopt Section 4-124i through 4-124p of the 1971 Supplement to the Connecticut General Statutes (Public Act 821), as amended by Section 21 to 24 of Public Act 679 of the 1973 Session of the Connecticut General Assembly, inclusive, and the Town of East Windsor is hereby authorized to join the Capitol Region Council of Governments.
The Town Clerk of the Town of East Windsor is authorized to prepare and file with the Managing Director, Planning and Budgeting Division, Department of Finance and Control, or his designees, a certified copy of the adopting ordinance.
