The East Windsor Human Service Department is housed in the Annex in the Warehouse Point section of East Windsor.  The department is comprised of one full-time Human Service Clerical & Intake Assistant, one full-time Human Service Aide, and is overseen by the Direct of Social Services.  Human Services provides assistance to citizens of East Windsor with social, emotional, economic needs helping to attain self -sufficiency and maintain economic well-being by helping to determine which program will best meet the needs helping to attain self-sufficiency and maintain economic well-being by helping to determine which program will best meet the needs of clients and helping them to obtain those services.  We are responsible for administering energy assistance programs and renter's rebate.  We also offer several programs through our office such as Back to School and New Beginnings, Farmer's Market Coupons, Holiday Baskets, and Holiday Adopt a Family Program.  We collaborate with many outside agencies such as Operation Fuel, VNA, Salvation Army, Fiver Corner Cupboard, and Pauline's Stock Pot, as well as local business and civic organizations.
