About Us

The Town of East Windsor Department of Emergency Management is responsible for coordinating the emergency and disaster mitigation, as well as civil preparedness, planning, response and recovery efforts of the Town and its subdivisions.

Our Mission

To provide for adequate emergency response capabilities within our local community. To accomplish this goal, we have wide array of programmatic efforts, including development and maintenance of emergency plans, conduction disaster exercises, maintaining emergency communications, operating shelters, fielding specialized response units, and practical reality-based training.
