Park Hill Housing Complex

The East Windsor Housing Authority owns and manages Park Hill, a low income, elderly and non-elderly housing complex located in the Broad Brook Section of East Windsor CT.

Park Hill is comprised of eighty four garden style apartments including fifty eight efficiencies to house one person and twenty six one bedroom apartments for a two person house hold.  Included are five handicap accessible units.  There are three Laundry Rooms, a one thousand eighty-eight square foot Maintenance Garage and a two thousand three hundred fifty-two square foot Community Hall/Office Building.

The Community Hall at Park Hill is available for rent.  For more information, please call (860) 623-8467.

Although the complex, which was opened in 1970, was built with state funds, it is owned and operated by the East Windsor Housing Authority without any state, federal or local subsides.  Park Hill is a totally self-sustained low-income apartment community operated on the rents collected from the residents who are on a limited income.  Park Hill not only houses elderly residents, but by state law must provide housing for disabled citizens over the age of eighteen who are receiving Social Security.

Though Park Hill is at 100% occupancy we are accepting applications.  Applications are available on line or by calling the Park Hill office at (860) 623-8467.

The Housing Authority currently owns two undeveloped parcels once farm land adjacent to Park Hill.  As funding becomes available, we are hopeful to continue our mission to develop affordable housing.
