Power Packs Program

About the Program

Power Packs is a supplemental weekend food program that provides perishable and nonperishable food items to families who have children attending Broad Brook Elementary School and East Windsor Middle School. This program is not directly affiliated with the East Windsor Public Schools. This program is being offered by East Windsor Social Services.

Distribution

The packs are filled with nutritious food and snack items for the child and their family. Food provided is meant to supplement what the family is able to provide over the weekend. Parents can pick up at the Town Hall Annex after noon on Thursday or Fridays 9 am - 1 pm.

Eligibility

Eligibility for this program is based on household income. Please see the chart below:

Registration is easy! Visit Social Services to apply for this free program. You will need to bring: ID, proof of address, proof of household income for all members, recent utility bill, and bank statements. Complete a registration form for Power Packs.
