Complaint Form

Please use this webform to file a land use complaint with the Town's Planning and Development Department. Please note that many of the fields within the form are required, as all complaints must be submitted in writing. If you are unable to submit this form electronically, you may submit the information requested by this form in a hard copy via mail or in person to the Department.
