Energy Assistance Appointments
East Windsor Social Services will begin scheduling appointments for the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) for the 2023/2024 heating season on Tuesday, September 5th. This program is only for your primary heating source. Household size is based on all members who reside in the home. Income for the whole household (whomever is residing in the home 18 years old and older) is counted. Applications are done by appointment only.
A list of required documents will be provided at the time you make your appointment.
Income guidelines are based on gross income listed below:
