Online Payment Information

The Town of East Windsor WPCA has a service agreement with Point & Pay to accept credit card and electronic check payments online. Point & Pay is an online payment processor that charges a convenience fee to use the service.

Credit Card Payments will be charged 2.5% of the net payment amount or a $2.00 minimum. Electronic Checks will be charged a $2.00 flat fee. You will be notified of your convenience fee before you complete your transaction. The Town of East Windsor WPCA does not receive any portion of this convenience fee.

Payments will NOT be reflected immediately on the website. Payments made online generally take 4-5 business days to process, however today’s date will be used as the payment date.

In no event will the Town of East Windsor WPCA, its officials, employees or agents, be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, lost profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss or consequential damages that might arise from, or relate to, the use of this service.
