Holiday Programs

Holiday Food Program

To qualify for this program you must be an East Windsor Resident and meet income and program guidelines. The last day to sign up for Christmas is November 9th.

  • Income Guidelines: Family of 1- $43,740, 2-$59,160, 3-$74,580, 4-$90,000, 5-$105,420, 6-$120,840, 7-$136,260, 8-$151,680. If you are over the income guidelines but receive one of the following programs you will qualify: SNAP, Energy Assistance, WIC, Free School Meals, Husky Part A, Part B, SAGA, TANF, Section 8 Housing and Aid to the Blind or Disabled.
  • Documents need to apply for this program: Drivers Licenses or Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, Utility Bills, Current Lease or Mortgage Statement, Current Income -Four (4) Consecutive weeks paystubs, Social Security, Pension, Veterans Benefits, Unemployment Payment History, Current DSS Worksheet (SNAP benefits, etc.), Proof of Child Support, and a Complete Bank Statement.

Holiday Gift/Stocking Program

To qualify for this program you must be an East Windsor Resident and have children who reside with you and are under 18 years old. The last day to apply for this program is November 9th.

  • Income guidelines are as follows: Family of 1-$39,761, 2-$51,996, 3-$64,230, 4-$76,465, 5-$88,669, 6-$100,933, 7-$103,227, 8-$105,521.
  • Documents need to apply for this program: Drivers Licenses or Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, Utility Bills, Current Lease or Mortgage Statement, Current Income -Four (4) Consecutive weeks paystubs, Social Security, Pension, Veterans Benefits, Unemployment Payment History, Current DSS Worksheet (SNAP benefits, etc.), Proof of Child Support, and a Complete Bank Statement.

  • 2023 Holiday Gift Program Form for children ages 0-13 (please fill out one form per child)
  • 2023 Holiday Stocking Form for children ages 14-17 (please fill out one form per child)
