How to Submit a Ballot

We use the current optical scan voting machines which are quite simple to use. After checking in to the polls each voter will receive a paper ballot and then proceed to a privacy booth.

Voters should take their time and review the ballot carefully looking for instructions as to how many candidates they may vote for in each race. They should then fill in the appropriate ovals adjacent to the candidates of their choice.

Upon completion this paper ballot will then be put into a scanner for tabulating. We will have personnel available at the polls to assist you in the process.
