DELINQUENT TAXES COLLECTION
Tax Sales, Collection Agency, and Liens

Delinquent notices will be going out the beginning of February. The end of February/beginning of March Intent to Lien notices will be mailed out to taxpayers for real estate and personal property. The end of March liens will be placed for real estate on the land records and liens will be place with the Secretary of State for personal property accounts.
Delinquent motor vehicle accounts that owe the 2022 supplemental and prior will be sent to the collection agency the end of February if not paid in full.
