Annual Scarecrow Contest

Fall is officially here which means it's time for the Annual Parks & Recreation Scarecrow Contest!  This year's theme is Nursery Rhymes.  The contest is open to East Windsor individuals, families, groups, organizations and businesses.

Please call Parks & Recreation at 860.627.6662 to register your entry and start creating!

Scarecrows must be set up in front of Town Hall by Friday, October 18th and removed no later than Friday, November 15th.  Entries will be judged online through the East Windsor Parks & Recreation Facebook Page.  Winners will be notified and prizes will be awarded to the Top 3 displays.
