Welcome to the Town Clerk’s Office. In the Town Clerk’s office we are responsible for administering the Connecticut General Statutes in areas of records management, vital statistics, elections and land records. Our records go back as far as 1768. If you need a copy of a land deed or vital record we are here to assist!
We are also responsible for issuing a variety of licenses including dog, sporting, and marriage. The Town Clerk’s office also maintains and records copies of veteran’s discharges, liquor permits and agendas and minutes to all Town of East Windsor boards and commissions. Notary services are available as well. We will be happy to help you with your questions and research.
