Mad Science Fall 2021: Eureka Invention at Broad Brook School

mad science

Mad Science makes its return to after school programming at Broad Brook School this Fall with Eureka! Invention. Students explore famous inventors such as Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Edison, Archimedes, Ben Franklin and even Rube Goldberg, along with the contributions each made to science, engineering and society. Guided by our Mad Scientists, Junior Inventors use their knowledge and creativity to overcome a series of challenges using basic materials, simple machines, tips from famous inventors and the most important of all - their minds! Each student will also bring home a cool science take-away every week! While Thomas Edison said "invention is 10% inspiration and 90% perspiration" this program is 100% FUN!

Cost is $99.00 per six week session. First session runs from 10/18-11/22 and second session runs from 11/29 to 1/10 (no class 12/28). Program is open to children in Grades 1-4. Due to COVID regulations, only East Windsor Public School registered students are permitted to attend. Masks will be required in accordance with East Windsor Public School mandates. Registration can be done at www.EastWindsorRec.com
