East Windsor Housing Authority
About Us
The East Windsor Housing Authority (EWHA) was created in 1966 and consists of five Commissioners who are each appointed to a five-year term by the Board of Selectmen. EWHA employs three full-time and one part-time personnel to operate and maintain its properties, an Executive Director, Administrative Assistant and two Maintenance Personnel.
In addition to its other powers, the East Windsor Housing Authority, within its area of operation, undertakes and carries out studies and analyses of the housing needs and the meeting of such needs, including data with respect to population and family groups and the distribution thereof according to income groups, the amount and quality of available housing and its distribution according to rentals and sale prices, employment, wages and other factors affecting the local housing needs and the meeting of the same.
