BRING ME BACK HOME

Wandering while living with dementia: It is not a matter of if, it is a matter of when.

There is a new Bring Me Back Home Registry formed with the Connecticut State Police, that gathers information about the person living with dementia, and make it immediately available to law enforcement in the case of a wandering incident. A recent picture, former addresses or places of employment (where they may want to go), their native language, things they like to do, all can help connect with the person who is out of their home.
