If you currently receive SNAP you may qualify for FREE programs at local colleges.

Asnuntuck Community College, Goodwin University and Manchester Community College
offer various certificates in a number of fields if you qualify.

You must be:

• A United States citizen
• A Connecticut resident
• Receiving SNAP benefits
• Not receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
• Eligible as required by each educational institution
