Connecticut Energy Assistance Program

East Windsor Social Services has begun scheduling appointments for the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) for the 2022/2023 heating season. This program is only for your primary heating source. Household size is based on all members who reside in the home. Income for the whole household (whomever is residing in the home 18 years old and older) is counted. Applications are done by appointment only.
A list of required documents will be provided at the time you make your appointment.
