Eviction Prevention Fund

The Eviction Prevention Fund provides eligible households that have been served a Summons from Superior Court up to 15 months or $18,500 in a one-time rental assistance payment for past due rent with their current landlord.
*Previous assistance from UniteCT counts towards
eligibility of 15 months or $18,500.
