Beginning on December 1, 2023, a new electric bill discount will be available to customers with a financial hardship status on their account.
Customers will be eligible for a 10% or 50% discount off their monthly bill depending on household income.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Customers must apply for or verify financial hardship status on their electric account before the new hardship year begins on November 1.
